We stayed in family bungalow in terms of variety. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from Plaza Pilatusa. Furthermore, in the forest.

The evening entertainment featured enjoyable options, but the dining area felt overcrowded and noisy at times. Kayak tours offered great fun for all ages.

We really appreciate the rooms and location of the club as well as all the sports proposed. The food was reasonably good and well diversified. The bars are exceptionnally located near the sea and you can enjoy evening drinks aside the water
The club is not completely all inclusive: food and beverage outside specific hours have to be paid additionnally.

The concept. I really liked the huts and that is it.
The staff is more cocnerned with them selfls, than annything else. If you bring your girlfriend, forget about having loud nights or something. The sounds are transparante through huts walls. But the worse thing is the food. Lets forget that this is all inclusive with drinks which are served only with meals. I am talking about the quality of the food which is non existing. After waitting half an hour for the meal, and if you are lucky getting your own table, you got to deal with some of the worse tastes found in the world

I had a blast enjoying all the cool activities for both kids and adults while munching on delicious food. Relaxing by the beachfront after some fun at the aqua park was just what we needed. Just a heads up, getting a sunbed can be a bit tricky during peak hours! ☀️

The cleanliness left something to be desired, especially around shared facilities. The complaints about unsatisfactory conditions in the sanitary complex were hard to ignore. Noise from nearby activities at night disrupted sleep, while limited dessert options during meals disappointed those who expected more variety in an all-inclusive setting. There were several reviews mentioning overcrowded beaches . The remote location of the bungalows also posed a challenge for those wanting to access local attractions easily, complicating any excursions. Lastly, issues regarding the consistency of available services compounded the inconvenience during peak hours when activities were crowded or fully booked.
